We encourage you to invite a client to Kiip with an email address manage their own Kiip account. This enables them to fully utilize Kiip, accessing digital copies of their documents and chatting with providers like you. If your client needs help creating an email address, follow the steps in the appendix (page 18) to help them create a Gmail account.
You can work with clients in two ways:

Invite them via email (preferred).

Add a client to the Kiip system without an email address.
Adding Clients
Step 1
Click the ‘Add Clients’ button in the top right of the client directory.
Step 2
Fill in client info, you can invite one client or multiple at the same time. If you need more than three clients, click the “add row” link to add up to 50 in this screen.
When you have completed entering all the client information, click “Add clients”
Email address is optional
You are able to add clients with out an email address. Including an email address will invite the client to join Kiip.
Step 3
After you click the ‘Add Client’ button, you will be directed to a success page. From here you will be able to see the number of clients added and/or invited to your program.
If you are done with adding clients, click the “Back to Client directory” button or hit the back butotn.
If you want to add more clients, click “Add more clients”
Step 4
To access a recently added client, navigate to the All Clients → Unassigned tab.
From here you will be able to assign your self to this client. Go back to My Clients and click on your newly assigned client to enter the client room.
