How do I import all of my clients into Kiip?
Bulk Import Process
We’re happy to help you import your client list into Kiip!
Our bulk import service allows you to transfer multiple client records at once, saving you time and ensuring all your data is properly organized in the system.
To begin the bulk import process:
- Contact our team at hello@kiipco.com with your import request
- Receive your template - We'll send you a spreadsheet template
- Complete the template with your client information following the provided guidelines
- Submit for processing - Send the completed file back to us for import
Note: Even if your clients are already listed in Findhelp, we still need a spreadsheet file in order to import them into Kiip.
Import Timeline
Once we receive your spreadsheet, it typically takes about one week to complete the import.
Client Limit
There’s no limit to the number of clients you can include in the spreadsheet.

How we handle Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
We treat your client’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with the highest level of confidentiality and care. Our teams follow strict protocols to ensure that any data you share is protected throughout its lifecycle. Specifically:
- Limited Access: Only authorized personnel who require access to the PII for operational purposes will be granted permission to handle the files.
- Secure Device Storage: All data is accessed and processed in secure, controlled environments (e.g. Findhelp company devices) to minimize risk. All employees sign an agreement to ensure the confidentiality of any PII or PHI we create, receive, maintain or transmit.
- Temporary Use Only: Files containing PII are used solely for the intended task and are disposed of or deleted securely once the task is complete.
